Who We’re Here For?
Our legal aid initiative is for anyone with questions but nowhere to turn-those who’ve been left out, overlooked, or unsure of where to begin.
It might be a daily wage worker who was suddenly let go, uncertain whether they have the right to compensation.
It could be a woman navigating domestic conflict, not knowing what support she’s entitled to.
It might be a family trying to make sense of land documents passed down through generations, or a young person offered a job contract they can’t fully understand.
It could just as easily be a migrant worker pressured by a landlord or employer, unsure if the treatment they’re receiving is even legal.

Sonali – Leading Our Legal Aid Initiative
Sonali heads the legal function at Invedus Outsourcing and brings deep experience across civil, criminal, IBC, real estate, and commercial laws. “Over the years, she has guided workers, families, and individuals through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives and helping them navigate the complex legal maze.”
As the driving force behind this CSR initiative, Sonali volunteers her time to make legal support accessible for those who’ve always been told it’s out of reach. Her calm approach, patience in listening, and ability to explain complex laws in simple language have already helped countless individuals feel more confident, informed, and supported during moments of uncertainty.
For many who come to us unsure and anxious, Sonali is often the first person to say, “You’re not alone, let’s take this one step at a time.”
